Reid Plaza

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Phoenix with San Francisco de Asis Parish is planning the development of a major church and school on the mesa above, and directly north of, the Reid Plaza property. In the Fall of 2009, the Flagstaff City Council approved their plan. This 107-acre plan includes extension of Enterprise Road across Route 66. It also includes an extension of the FUTS (Flagstaff Urban Trail System) along the new road. Construction of the church is complete.
On March 20, 2007, the Flagstaff City Council approved the tentative plat, PC SUB 06-021, for McMillan Mesa Estates, a detached single-family subdivision of 37 lots on 14 acres at 644 North Locust Street. This is just northwest of Reid Plaza.
On March 20, 2007, the Flagstaff City Council approved the tentative plat, PC SUB 06-015, for McMillan Mesa Village, a mixed-use subdivision on 146 acres at 200 East Forest Avenue. This is northwest of Reid Plaza and north of the proposed McMillan Mesa Estates. The major streets are completed.
